24 April 2022Michelle was very helpful and fast to answer questions before our trip. We loved the location, it was very close to Disney so made it easy to leave the parks midday for a swim/nap. The unit was also just a short walk to the main pool area which was nice. The beds were very comfortable and lots of room for our group of 6. I do think this place needs a good deep clean though and some updates. Floors/walls and baseboards could use a good clean. Felt a bit dated. Lots of towels and some beach towels to use, and plenty of cutlery/plates/cups.

Thanks for the review and the feedback. The house was due a deep clean when you came - we're only sorry it couldn't be done before your arrival due to the popularity of the home. The owner has also started a major refurbishment program to the house - that will take a couple of years to complete.

12 February 2022We had a great time. The house was a couple of minutes walk from the clubhouse and was only 15 minutes (with traffic!) to Disney.
Although it's a little dated in parts, it met our needs and was within our budget.
We'll be back soon!

11 July 2021The unit was good for our needs. The only problem we had was with the gatehouse - it takes about 45 minutes to get through after 4:00PM each day! You really should do something about that - which is why I marked the review score down a notch.

We wish there was something that we were able to do to make the gatehouse run better - but it's the resort that controls it. We understand that they're introducing a better system later this year to speed things up - fingers crossed!
6 March 2020We had a fantastic time in this house. We were a party of 4 adults here for a convention and the town house was perfectly located and a great spot to come back to and relax - so much better than staying in 4 hotel rooms! The house was clean and when we did have a (small) problem - the company came out the same day to repair.
We hope to be back again next year for the same convention.
