22 February 2023Lovely villa to relax in and my 3 year old granddaughter loved the fantastic pool which we had paid extra to heat. Although I paid early, I had to chase for the door code, 2 days before we arrived I was worried that we wouldn’t be able to get in. Overall we would stay again although, if you need baby equipment like a crib, I suggest you bring your own. There was a high chair, but it didn’t have any straps, so youngest granddaughter kept standing up in it. Whilst we were there the dishwasher failed, fortunately near the end of our 2 week stay. I hope they left extra washing up liquid for the next guests in way of compensation as the manager told us the dishwasher was still under warranty so would need to be fixed by the manufacturer.

11 January 2023Everything about this property was great and just as advertised!!! All though there was nine in are party and there was only 4 rags to use. There was plenty of towels. Our party was extremely happy with our stay. It was also very close to everything that we did and very easy to get there. Mattress’s could be up dated but other wise a wonderful stay at a beautiful home.

19 August 2022We had a wonderful two week stay at this property. Booking process was worry-free and the location was absolute top notch. Our coffee maker was broken when we arrived but we managed a work around. However, we thought we'd let the owner know so they could sort for the next guests. Was blown away to receive a new coffee maker the very next day. Would highly recommend this property.

23 April 2022Its a great place to stay. The pool we enjoy. Not very far from shops witch was great. But the furniture is due for renewal and the skillet screw keeps coming loose.

11 March 2022Mostly Positives! : My family stayed at this wonderful property in Kissimmee and it everyone RAVED about how gorgeous the home was! I think the favorites of the property were the personal swimming pool out back and the large dining table to accommodate our wonderful meals together. Everyone slept and showered comfortably. Every part of the home was in tip top condition. The Property manager was super responsive with any questions/issues we had which were very few. The game area was a huge hit for the family because we had a place where we could all enjoy each other's company and have pool tournaments or watch a movie together or just have great conversation in more just the living room area. The layout is fantastic. This was the largest family vacation that we all have ever taken and we would book this property again and again! The kitchen and layout are excellent for families. The swimming pool and the pool table were favorites! We really wished that the weather was better. It rained half the time so we were not able to take advantage of the amenities of the clubhouse as much as we would have liked. Also, the cleaning staff or perhaps the visitors before us did not do so well on the cleanup so there were some ants that trailed inside in the cabinets, but the company sent somene out the same day to treat the problem for us. Another small issue was that not all of the tvs/ cable boxes were functioning properly (they were ROKU tvs) and none of us had ROKU accounts to make them work properly. However, we didn't spend much time in front of the tv. We were about 30 minutes (with traffic) from the main attractions of Orlando but it was a good enough distance away to be free from too much traffic. The older family members were happy to come to a place of quietness :). Overall I would definitely recommend this property and this community to a friend. Great stay for our family vacation ever!
