• Queen Victoria’s Room: Inspired by Victorian dining rooms of London and Paris, the intimate Queen Victoria’s Room contains just 4 tables. Enjoy up to 10 courses specially chosen by the chef de cuisine and experience the art of French gueridon service as courses are finished tableside.

• Chef’s Table: In a cozy kitchen alcove, the chef de cuisine crafts a personalized menu of up to 10 courses. A champagne toast led by the chef initiates this luxurious, 3 hour dinner and is an exclusive experience limited to one party per night of up to 10 Guests.
