Using VillaDirect’s “Layaway and Stay” installment payment option, you can book your dream vacation from as little as $69 initial deposit. You then get to pay for your vacation in easy installments. No matter the duration or total cost, you pay just a low initial deposit to lock-in the reservation and price for your vacation home. Layaway and Stay is an interest free payment option. It allows you to pay for your vacation on a bi-weekly or monthly basis leading up to your stay.
20% Deposit
As an alternative to our Layaway and Stay payment option, you can choose to simply leave a 20% deposit to reserve your desired vacation rental. No matter how far out you choose to book or how much the total cost of your booking, the remainder of your booking fee is due 60 days from your arrival date. You could book a vacation right now for this time next year, leave a 20% deposit, and pay nothing for 10 months. There are no scheduled payments in between. Two easy payments and you’re ready to vacation.
